of the most common places to find false information on a resume
is in previous job titles. Are your applicants lying to you? You
may be surprised what you can find out by conducting a simple employment
verification. Personal references can be equally enlightening. Some
references have great insight in the candidate's work habits, organization
skills, and trustworthiness.

ERS will interview previous employers regarding your applicant's
work product, work ethic, skills, knowledge and ability. We will
also verify salary information when possible. Please be aware
that this information is not always available; many employers
have established policies against releasing this information due
to the risk of litigation.

- Interview
up to three candidates per applicant. Whenever possible, ERS will
interview people that your applicant selects regarding their work
product, work ethic, skills, knowledge and ability. Please be
aware that not all applicants' references are available. In these
cases, ERS will attempt to contact up to two alternative references.
