The
PDP Behavioral Assessment® is a comprehensive personnel management
system. Going well beyond defining the specific job traits of an
applicant or an employee, PDP's® Integrated Management System
provides managers a process to capture, structure and assess behavioral
information. Not only does it exactly define employees and what
motivates them, it can be used by managers to achieve better and
more consistent results from their charges in their ongoing environment.
The
five major components of PDP® System:
Pro
Scan® - a predictive tool that defines the way a person
functions naturally. It further defines the role that person feels
a need to play on a day-to-day basis. It defines how the person
will come across to others. And finally it defines satisfaction
levels, stress level, energy levels, decision making styles, communication
styles, and leadership styles. This is the key tool for the entire
PDP® system and is used extensively throughout the other
components of the system.
Job
Scan® - defines the behavioral dynamics required for
success in a job as specified by the job's manager & its top
performers. That information is then used to measure applicants
against the model that has been created. It can also be used to
rank multiple applicants who are competing for the same position.
Job Scan® is a particularly strong tool that can be used
by small and medium companies in helping decide the true personnel
parameters of a specific job.
Team
Scan® - describes the composite behavior profiles of
groups from 2 to 500. Used to analyze employee-to-employee &
manager-to-employee interaction to develop a cohesive team. Use
this system as a dynamic tool to identify and then resolve conflicts
within any size group.
Pep
Scan® - provides objective, constructive and easy-to-administer
performance appraisals that are fair to both the company and the
employee based on job values set by management and top performers.
Strategic
Mapping (Strat-Map) - is an exciting new subsystem that
provides managers with a precise tool to exactly quantify and
qualify their employees and define how management can resolve
their job related deficiencies. Working with the management segment
of the Pro Scan® report, and their department budget, Strat-Map
helps the manager compile exact costs associated with the resolution
of specific personnel problems. There may be no better tool to
defend a legal position than Strat-Map should the employer
be confronted with an unlawful discharge action.
In
using the PDP® behavioral assessment you will learn more about
your applicant and employee than you ever thought possible. You
will be able to measure each person's dynamics and then stimulate
them to excel and succeed. Fully EEOC compliant, and with a confirmed
accuracy rating of 93%+, the system is a tremendous tool to be put
to use by the enlightened manager. The system can be used repetitively
to continually gauge how personnel are changing within the Company
atmosphere. When each individual is right for the job, able to perform

The
PDP® system is versatile and can accommodate the requirements
of both the large and the small company. The system is perhaps best
used when installed in-house, but it can also be purchased one report
at a time directly from ERS. All training is handled by a certified
training staff who must under go re-certification themselves once
every three years. A client can choose to use parts of the system
or the whole system as suits the needs of their organization.
